FAQS
How does it work?
Specific wavelengths of light emitted from the IPL are absorbed by haemoglobin (blood), pigment (melanin) and water using the principle of selective photothermolysis. The light energy absorbed is converted into heat within the skin. Depending on the target, this controlled injury of the skin triggers various biological changes to occur.
These light-based treatments are used to improve visible imperfections of the skin. Creating a reduction of excess pigment, redness or vessels in the skin, and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.
Devices we employ include IPL and Laser to perform laser toning, genesis and photo rejuvenation.
