St Skin Policies
Here at St. Skin, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and our quality treatments.
so all clients can have the best possible experience, we do have a few policies in place to ensure a fair booking process and an enjoyable visit.
Booking + Cancellations
Please view our full booking and cancellation here: www.stskin.com.au/booking-policy
Arrival Times
We understand that everyday life can not always go as planned. We will make every endeavour to create a schedule that most efficiently provides the best care to our clients. If you are running late, we ask that you call and let us know as advance as you can. Your treatment may be shortened to conclude at the scheduled time if we are booked out. If you are so late that the appointment cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled conclusion time, the appointment will be cancelled and rebooked for a future date. Your $90 booking deposit will be used as a cancellation fee, and you will be required to pay another booking deposit when rescheduling.
Children
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our clinic, children are not permitted to attend appointments.
We use numerous light and laser-based devices, as well as products and chemicals that may pose a health risk. Our clinic is also a small, double-story building that cannot accommodate prams.
In extenuating conditions, dependants may be permitted. Please contact our team prior to your appointment to confirm the treatment is safe and to ensure you are in a downstairs treatment room if you have a pram.
Electronic Devices
Please be mindful of other clients present in the clinic and switch your mobile phone to silent. Please also refrain from answering phone calls as this can disturb not only your own treatment but other clients’ treatments as well.
Accessibility
In our newly renovated premise, some areas are only accessible via stairs, which may be difficult for people in wheelchairs or with prams. However, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and your needs.
Health Complications and Medication
If you have any health complications or are taking any medication please inform your therapist as it may interfere with certain treatments. If you feel any discomfort during or after a treatment please make your therapist aware immediately. Any information expressed to us will be kept private.
